Terms & Agreements

1. Who we are

Storycraft is operated by Jubilee.bz LLC, 102 Bradhurst Ave #707, New York, NY 10039 ("Storycraft", "we"). By using the service you agree to these terms.

2. Tickets

A ticket is a purchase of access to a future creative work. It is not a security, equity, loan, token or wager. Tickets are charged at purchase and are non-transferable unless the creator states otherwise.

3. Buy, Hold & Release

Each campaign runs 30 days with a ticket goal. If the goal is reached by the deadline, the campaign is released to production. If not, every ticket is refunded in full to the original payment method automatically.

4. Creator obligations

• Pay the one-time $249 listing fee.
• Own or control all rights to uploaded content.
• Use funds from a successful campaign toward making the work and honor tickets on delivery.
• Communicate delays and changes to ticket holders promptly.

5. Content and IP

Creators keep all ownership of their IP. Creators grant Storycraft a limited license to host, display and promote campaign content on Storycraft and embeds. Infringing content will be removed.

6. Fees

The creator listing fee is non-refundable once a campaign is published. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout.

7. Limitation of liability

Storycraft is a platform connecting creators and fans and does not guarantee that a released project will be completed on any schedule. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to fees paid to us.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
