Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Account details: name and email when you sign in.
• Ticket details: name, email, tier and optional display preferences.
• Creator content: videos, images and project information you upload.
• Payments are processed by Stripe; we never store full card numbers.

How we use it

To issue and refund tickets, run campaigns, compute demand scores, prevent fraud and contact you about projects you backed.

Sharing with creators

When you buy a ticket, the creator of that project sees your name and contact so they can reach their verified fanbase. You can choose to appear anonymously on public pages.

Storage and security

Creator media is stored privately and shown publicly only through short-lived secure links.

Your choices

You can request access, correction or deletion of your data at any time by contacting Jubilee.bz LLC, 102 Bradhurst Ave #707, New York, NY 10039.
